Two months in, I'm eyeing Ameya projects in Sohna, Sector 80. For a 2BHK at ₹1.5 Cr, is construction-linked payment better for investors than a lump sum? Trying to optimize total acquisition cost.

Bhai, Sohna mein prices are definitely going up, but 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK is a bit steep unless it's a super premium project. I almost invested with Ameya two years
₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Sohna Sector 80? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Ameya ka track record bhi mixed suna hai. Construction-linked payment is generally safer, but is it really cheaper overall in the long run for an investor like me?
