And how do you *really* verify a builder's legal track record? Like Salcon or Saluja Constructions, how do I dig into their past projects, any unresolved issues? My parents keep saying 'title clear hai na?', but I had no idea what that even means for a new project. What are the absolute must-do legal checks before signing anything?
