Since last year I've been eyeing properties in Noida for my first investment. Everyone glorifies Wegmans Signature Tower's 'potential', but nobody talks about the actual resale market. I'm seeing a high investor ratio and honestly, I doubt the liquidity when it's time to exit. What's the point of paper appreciation if you can't sell? And the builder's delivery track record isn't exactly stellar. My parents are worried about getting stuck. Change my mind.

Ye log sirf pre-launch offers deke paisa uthate hain aur phir project delay karte rehte hain. ₹15 L – ₹92 L ki range sunke toh sab ko lagta hai invest karein, but delivery ka kya? Mera budget tight hai, aise risk nahi le sakta.

Paper pe appreciation dikha ke kya fayda agar bech hi na paao. Parents toh tension mein hain ki kahin paisa block na ho jaaye.
