Since last year, I'm eyeing ATS Pious Hideaways. ₹1.61 Cr price point. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Resale market mein liquidity aur capital appreciation kitni expect kar sakte hain? Opinions please.

Totally agree. Mere cousin ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ATS ka project liya tha, 2 saal late mila possession. Builder ne sirf promises kiye, but ground reality alag thi. Pious Hideaways ka bhi sun raha hoon ki construction pace slow hai.
