₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Krishna Vihar seems steep, even with the Adwik Homes name. I'm looking to invest, hoping for some decent ROI in a few years. My parents keep saying Ghaziabad still has pockets for good value. Has anyone found specific areas where prices haven't shot up crazy yet? Also, how much can you actually push for spot discounts with builders? Or is it more about negotiating with brokers on secondary market deals? Honestly, not sure if I should wait for a correction or jump now. Any insights on finding underpriced assets?

78 lakh for Adwik 3BHK in Krishna Vihar? Bhai, bahut zyada hai. Adwik ka naam theek hai but itna toh nahi. Lagta hai abhi bhi log correction ka wait kar rahe hain.
Exactly! I was looking at their project too, same feeling. My broker was pushing it hard but the price just didn't feel right for Krishna Vihar. Kya lagta hai, builder se max kitna discount mil sakta hai?
