First property buy in Hebbal, feeling overwhelmed
Visited a couple of Advaitha Ventures projects in Hebbal last weekend, looking for a 2BHK. Sales rep was really pushing their construction-linked payment plan, saying pre-launch rates are the best deal right now. He quoted around 1.3 Cr for a decent sized unit. Honestly, I'm a first-time buyer, toh thoda nervous hoon. Parents bolte hain ki full down payment wala deal better hota hai, but builder keh raha ki CLP mein risk kam hai. Is pre-launch pricing actually a big discount, ya bas marketing hype hai? And kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain on that 1.3 Cr price? They mentioned some 'spot discount' but it didn't sound like much. Anyone here bought from Advaitha in Hebbal with a construction-linked plan? What was your experience? Aur ye pre-launch wali baat sahi hai ya baad mein bhi similar offers mil jaate hain? Confused hoon, guys.
