First property buyer's amenity delusion

Is anyone actually using the clubhouse at BSR Paradise Layout? Yaar, builders promise grand facilities, but they often end up as ghost facilities, just adding to the maintenance charges. We pay so much PLC for these amenities, but are they truly usable ya just show-off? Change my mind.
