Bhai, Unitech ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. Unki past projects mein kitni delays aur legal issues hue hain. Ready to move hona achha hai, but builder ka track record bhi toh dekhna padta hai. Resale mein ye factor bahut matter karta hai.
