Under-construction luxury projects in Greater Noida feel like a huge gamble right now. I'm looking at property, aur M3M The Cullinan II ke ads dekh ke lagta hai ki kya hi bana rahe hain, but it's like 7 crore se start ho raha hai. Woh bhi ongoing, matlab possession mein kitna time lagega, kon jane. Phir VKG Palm Village bhi dekha, woh toh ready hai aur budget mein bhi hai, like under 16 lakh. Matlab itna huge price difference, samajh nahi aa raha. Ek taraf ready-to-move, doosri taraf high-end under-construction. Investor point of view se M3M ka ROI better hoga kya 5 saal mein? Ya ready property mein entry karke tension free rehna chahiye? Total cost of ownership bhi toh dekhna hai, stamp duty, registration, sab mila ke kitna upar chala jayega.
