First property, high budget — need real talk on 3C Four Seasons
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab The 3C Four Seasons dekh raha hoon Greater Noida mein. It’s a completed project, which is a big plus. Prices high hain, but brochure mein sab accha lag raha hai. Honestly, first property hai, so I'm nervous. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf paper pe? Amenities jaise swimming pool, gym kitne useful hain, ya bas showpiece? Aur society mein actual community feel hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain?

Bhai, ₹6.6 Cr se ₹14.8 Cr... that's a HUGE budget for a first-time buyer. Are you sure you've checked other options in Greater Noida? 3C ka track record mixed raha hai, especially with some of their older projects. Possession 2017 ka hai, toh society ka ageing bhi dekhna padega. It's a premium property, but you need to be really sure about the builder's long-term commitment to upkeep.
