First property hunt: brochure vs. reality check
My loan's approved and I'm ready to pull the trigger on a flat, but I'm getting cold feet about what societies actually deliver. I'm looking at places like Panchsheel Primrose in Crossings Republik. They show beautiful green spaces and huge clubhouses in brochures, right? But what's the reality after you move in? Are those green areas actually usable, or just for show? I've heard some places end up feeling super cramped with towers everywhere, despite the initial promise. And the clubhouse... does anyone actually use it or is it just a fancy building that sits empty? My parents keep saying to check these things properly. What should I be looking for during site visits that would indicate if these promised amenities are genuinely well-maintained and used? Any tips for a first-timer?
