Sattva Lake Ridge — finally got to see the 2BHK layouts last week. Honestly, floor plan dekh ke thoda confused hoon. Carpet area lagta hai kaafi tight hai, especially living room. Not sure if daily living ke liye practical hoga. Kitchen space bhi chhota laga. Koi rehta hai ya booking ki hai yahan? Is it genuinely good for a small family? Ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai?

Totally agree, living room looked like a glorified passage. And the price they're quoting for that carpet area? Bhai, is it even justified? Heard it's around 7500-8000 per sqft. Is that true?
Haan, U1, you're right about the price. I inquired last month, and they quoted 7800/sqft for a 2BHK. For an upcoming project with possession in Jan 2028, that's a bit steep
