₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 — builders like M3M and Emaar are quoting crazy pre-launch prices. I'm looking at my first property, aur yeh 'early bird discount' ka bahut hype hai. Honestly not sure if it's a real discount ya bas marketing gimmick. Meri parents toh bolte hain RTM lo, but FOMO ho rahi hai. Koi batao, pre-launch mein actually savings hoti hain kya, ya bas builder ka land cost cover karte hain? What's your experience with this 'discount' in Gurgaon?
