First property in Gurugram — long-term value?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Paramount Luxury Floor 40 in Sector 65 feels like a big step. I'm looking at it for my first home, but also thinking long-term. Kya is project ki resale value acchi rehti hai 5-7 saal baad? Not sure if it's more for end-users or if investors bhi isme interest rakhte hain. Aur Paramount Associates ka post-possession customer support kaisa hai? Matlab, koi issues hon toh sunte bhi hain ya nahi? Any experiences with their older projects?
