First property jitters - Sector 25A, is it wise?

Loan approved and I'm looking at Sector 25A, Noida. Mostly commercial area, right? I work in Delhi, so metro connectivity is key. How's the commute *really*? Also, are the property prices justified? Seems a bit high, honestly. My parents keep saying check safety at night. Any thoughts on safety, especially for women? What do people who live there actually think? Need some real opinions! Should I look elsewhere?
