₹78L for a 2BHK at TVS Emerald Altura, almost finalized but ek doubt hai. Maintenance charges ₹5/sqft bol rahe hain, which seems high. Clubhouse facilities aur pool, are they actually well-maintained and used daily, yaa bas show-off hai? Mere parents bolte hain ki builders initially bahut promise karte hain, but baad mein service quality drop hoti hai. Jo log already wahan rehte hain, what's your experience with the maintenance quality versus the charges? Worth it hai ya just high numbers?
