₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 150 seems a bit much now. Jewar Airport ka impact toh hai, but investment ke liye abhi bhi Yamuna Expressway Sector-22D ya Noida Extension mein koi affordable options mil sakte hain kya? Meri first property hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Kya ye price appreciation sustainable hai, ya overvalued ho gaya hai?

Totally agree, yaar. Main bhi Yamuna Expressway Sector-22D mein options dekh raha hoon. Wahan abhi bhi thode affordable mil jaate hain, but connectivity ka thoda issue

Bhai, 90 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 150 is definitely stretching it. Mujhe bhi lagta hai overvalued ho gaya hai. Jewar ka hype toh hai, but current prices seem too high for first-time buyers like us. Bahut nervous feel ho raha hai.
