Investment Hotspots mein sab log bolte hain bohot potential hai, but honestly, I think it's already peaked. My parents keep saying Sohna is next big thing, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Is it still undervalued or just hype? Which sectors/projects wahan pe actually worth hain for a first-time buyer like me? ROI milega bhi? Change my mind.

Yaar, I totally agree with the post. Sohna has been 'next big thing' for like 5 years now. Prices have shot up, but development on ground is still slow. I visited some projects near Badshahpur last month, and it felt very isolated. ROI ka toh pata nahi, but immediate appreciation mushkil lag raha hai.
Totally agree. Badshahpur side is still too remote for daily commute.
