First property, possession delayed — losing my mind!

Sector 150 and the whole 'sports city' thing seemed perfect. I booked a 2BHK in Godrej Palm Retreat 3 years ago. Possession was supposed to be last year. Still nothing. Honestly, it's been radio silence from their side. No updates, no clear timelines. My parents keep saying Godrej is a good builder, reliable, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Has anyone else faced similar delays with Godrej projects in Noida? Or any tips on how to get them to respond? I'm starting to think I should have gone with someone else, maybe ATS. Are their projects any better in terms of on-time delivery? Starting to regret this whole thing. What can I do?
