My lease ends next month. Looking at Rehouse Krishna Orchid Studio Apartments, but worried about actual amenities. Do clubhouse facilities get used? How are maintenance charges vs. service? Is it a genuine home vibe?

Bhai, my experience with these 'clubhouse' facilities in other projects around Alistonia Estate has been hit or miss. Mostly miss. Initially, everyone is excited, but then it becomes a ghost town or gets monopolized by a few.
