My current rental agreement ends in 3 months, so I'm really pushing to finalize a property. I'm checking out ASK Developers' Shivi Paradise Green Villa 2 in Noida Extension. Builder ka legal track record kaise check karein, especially RERA compliance? Aur, builder-buyer agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Bahut tension hai ki koi hidden clause na ho. Any advice, please?
