Honestly, I'm finding this whole property buying process in Rajkot a bit overwhelming. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, near Kalawad Road, budget around 60L. Builder-buyer agreement mein bohot clauses hote hain. How do I actually check builder ka RERA track record? And if they delay possession, RERA mein kya legal options hain?
