First site visit: what to look for in Hyderabad?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Parents bolte hain 'Hyderabad mein property le lo, achha investment hai', so I started looking. Jubilee Hills side mein Salarpuria Sattva ke kuch projects dekhe. Builder ki team toh sab achha dikhati hai, amenities, view, sab. But jab site visit pe jaata hoon na, I feel like I'm missing something important. Kya kya check karna chahiye? Like, drainage, water pressure, cell reception inside the flat? Builder toh khud se kuch nahi batayega. Kya koi specific checklist hai jo aap logo ne follow ki thi? Also, about the actual construction quality, how do you verify that on a site visit? I'm honestly not sure what questions to ask beyond the basics.

Totally relate, bhai! Builders make everything sound like heaven. I visited a Salarpuria Sattva project in Gachibowli last year, and they were pushing so hard. My main concern was the actual possession date, unka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery? Jubilee Hills mein toh prices high honge, quality compromise toh nahi kar rahe?
