Under-construction projects in Greater Noida are an absolute gamble, especially for first-timers. Everyone glorifies future appreciation, but nobody talks about the delivery risk. I'm looking at Aadvi Group in Sector-94, but honestly not sure how to check if they'll actually deliver on time. What should I ask during a site visit beyond just amenities? Change my mind.
