First-time buyer confused about Sector 110 reality

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab stuck hoon Sector 110, Noida Extension mein. I'm seeing some good 2BHK options, around ₹75L-₹85L, from builders like Godrej and Gaursons. But honestly, I'm not sure about the ground reality for daily commute. Mera office DND ke paas hai. FNG Expressway ka kitna benefit milta hai? Peak hours mein traffic kitna hota hai? Is it a nightmare ya manageable? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai wahaan? Is it pure municipal water or mostly borewell? Koi hidden costs ya tanker dependency toh nahi hai? My parents keep saying check water properly. Any residents here can share their honest daily life experience? I'm quite nervous.
