Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. Builder bol raha hai ki home loan pe tax benefits milenge, but I'm honestly not sure kitna difference aata hai. Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Greater Noida West mein dekh raha hoon. Builders toh sab bade bade claims karte hain tax benefits ke. But realistically, kitna save hota hai in sections se? Meri income bracket around 10-12 LPA hai, will it make a significant dent in EMIs?
