Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Sector 121, Greater Noida. I'm looking for a 2BHK, maybe 3BHK, for self-use but also thinking investment. Prices yahan pe thode high lag rahe hain, around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK. Is this really justified, ya builders bas hype create kar rahe hain? Kya real resident life wahan pe worth it hai? I mean, daily commute, basic amenities, parks, kaisa hai sab? Also, 3-5 saal mein investment potential kaisa dikh raha hai? Will prices appreciate well with Jewar Airport coming up, ya it's already priced in? Koi negotiation room bhi hai kya? Honestly, not sure if I should wait ya abhi le lun.
