My lease ends in 4 months and I'm totally lost about where to begin property hunting in Gurgaon. Sector 26A mein AWHO projects dekh raha hoon. First-time buyer hoon, bahut confused. Site visit pe kya specific cheezein check karni chahiye jo builders nahi batate? AWHO ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

AWHO ka track record mixed hai, especially with newer projects. Right now, Gurgaon market is a bit tricky for first-time buyers. Interest rates high hain aur prices bhi kaafi upar hain. Have you looked at any other areas, maybe towards Airport Road side? What's your budget range in mind for Sector 26A?
Haan, Gurgaon market is definitely tricky. Builders are not budging on prices even with high rates. My agent showed me some projects in Baharampur Naya, they were slightly more affordable but
Budget for Sector 26A is around 80-90 lakhs for a 2BHK. Airport Road side mein toh 1.2 Cr+ lag raha hai for similar size. It's tough to balance location and affordability.
Totally agree about the high interest rates! Airport Road side is good but generally more expensive.
Yaar, same boat! I was also looking at AWHO in Sector 26A, but then I heard some really bad reviews about their quality of construction and maintenance post-possession. Ek friend ne bataya ki Basai ke paas ek project mein drainage issues bohot the. Site visit pe plumbing aur electrical layout zaroor check karna. Builder kabhi nahi batayega ki pipes kitne cheap hain.
Bhai, AWHO projects mein bahut delay hota hai. My uncle booked one near Badshahpur a decade ago, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Sector 26A sounds good on paper, but check their RERA status thoroughly. Don't go by what the sales guy says.
Oh god, a decade? That's insane. Delays are my biggest fear.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Badshahpur mein toh cases hain aise. RERA portal pe sab dikh jaata hai, log dekhte nahi hain bas.
