First-time buyer in Bengaluru, security and parking worries

Did a site visit to Total Environment The Magic Faraway Tree last weekend, and it looks beautiful no doubt. But I'm a bit concerned about the practical stuff. Builder sales reps always talk about 'state-of-the-art security' and 'ample parking', but actual experience kya hai? Is the CCTV coverage really comprehensive? Visitor management system kitna effective hai? Or is it just a facade? Also, parking allocation ko lekar bahut stories suni hain, log bolte hain it's a nightmare for guests, sometimes even for residents. Kya yahan bhi lottery system ya first-come-first-serve jaisa kuch hai? Ya dedicated slots milte hain properly? My parents keep saying these small things make a huge difference daily.
