Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. First-time buyer hoon, aur Bengaluru mein property dekh raha hoon. Uttarahalli Hobli side mein SNN Estates ke kuch projects dekhe, but abhi bhi bahut doubts hain. Log sirf basic price batate hain, yaar, but hidden costs ka kya? Stamp duty, registration, interiors, electrical fittings, sab milake kitna extra jaata hai? Kisi ne bataya nahi ki yeh sab upar se aata hai. Site visit pe kya kya dekhna chahiye, builder toh sab acha hi bolta hai. Kya questions poochne hain jisse baad mein problem na ho? Carpet area aur super area ka difference bhi abhi samajh aaya. Koi real-world tips do please, ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise proceed karun. Thanks!
