Past few months, I'm just drowning in property info for Bengaluru. Meri pehli property hai, so I'm super nervous. I'm looking at a 2BHK from VR Developers in Kalyan Nagar. Builder quote toh ₹95L hai, but I'm trying to figure out the *true* all-in cost. Matlab, stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC, interiors... sab mila ke kitna upar jaayega? Log bolte hain bahut hidden charges hote hain jo possession ke time aate hain. Kya kya dekhna chahiye? Any tips on what to negotiate or what costs to watch out for, especially with VR Developers?

Bhai, VR Developers ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Kalyan Nagar mein ₹95L for 2BHK sounds okay, but these guys are notorious for hidden charges. My friend bought from them in Akshayanagar and got slapped with an extra ₹8L for 'amenity upgrades' just before possession. Definitely factor in at least 10-12% over and above the base price for stamp duty, registration, legal fees, and all those 'surprise' charges like electricity connection, water connection, society formation. Don't trust their sales team blindly, get everything in writing.
