3 builders, 5 site visits, 2 months — still no decision. Greater Noida mein property dekh raha hoon, especially Devla area. Rajput Properties And Developers ke kuch options hain, but it's my first home, honestly bahut confusion hai. Kaise shortlist karein yaar? Sirf location aur price dekhein ya aur bhi kuch? My budget is around ₹75-80 lakh for a 2BHK. Plus, initial property price ke alawa aur kitna kharcha aata hai? Stamp duty, registration, interiors... iska bhi kuch rough idea mil jaaye toh help hogi. Parents bolte hain hidden costs bahut hote hain. Kya kisi ko Devla mein Rajput ke projects ka experience hai? Any advice for a first-timer?

Totally understand your confusion! First home hai toh stress hona normal hai. Main bhi Ajayabpur mein dekh raha tha but same dilemma. Location aur price toh important hain, but builder ki reputation, possession history
Bhai, Devla mein Rajput Properties? Thoda research aur kar lo. Mere ek dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein inse property li thi, possession mein bahut delay hua tha. Hidden costs toh sab builders ke hote hain, but inka track record kuch khaas nahi suna maine. Stamp duty, registration, legal fees, interior fitting... 15-20% extra minimum pakad ke chalo on top of property price. Budget 75-80L hai toh prepare for 90-95L final outgo.
But Devla mein prices kafi competitive hain. Ready-to-move ka option nahi hai kya? Ya phir koi alternate builder?
Absolutely agree with this. Rajput ka naam sunte hi caution bells baj jaate hain. My uncle also had issues with their project near Alpha 2. Possession date hamesha aage badhti rehti hai. Better to pay a little more for a reputed builder, even if it means going slightly above budget. Peace of mind is priceless.
