Sector 58 Mohali – I'm a first-time buyer, honestly struggling to shortlist properties. Looking at Experion projects, also some resale 2BHKs, budget around 80L. How do you even begin filtering so many options? What's your first step? Should I lean towards new launches or established societies? Really confused on where to focus my initial search.
