Honestly, I'm completely overwhelmed looking at property options in Noida Extension. First-time buyer here, budget around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr, end-use but appreciation bhi chahiye. Confused between 2BHK and 3BHK. Which gives better rental yield in Greater Noida West, especially with the Aqua Line extension? Is a 2BHK from Godrej Properties better for future appreciation than a 3BHK from ACE Group? Parents say go for 3BHK, but smaller ones seem easier to rent. Kya sochna chahiye for long-term investment?
