Noida mein property search karna is turning out to be way more complicated than I thought. My parents keep saying abhi sahi time hai for a 2BHK ya 3BHK, but I'm honestly lost. Recently visited a Vivacity Creators project in Sector 44; it looked decent, but I had no idea what to even ask beyond basic pricing. Matlab, as a first-time buyer, how do you even shortlist? It feels like builders just show you the model flat, aur baaki sab chhipa dete hain. What's your site visit checklist? Should I be checking for specific things like water pressure, or common areas ka maintenance? Really confused about what's actually important to look for. Koi tips de do please.
