Property prices in Pari Chowk Greater Noida have gone up 15% in one year. Now 2BHKs are ₹80 lakh+. My first home hai, so confused. Should I buy now or wait? Will prices keep rising or correct soon?

Bhai, I bought a 2BHK in a project near Ajayabpur station about 1.5 years ago for 68 lakhs. Now similar units are going for 85 lakhs! The appreciation is real, no doubt. But the problem is, possession date abhi bhi clear nahi hai. My builder keeps delaying. Anyone else facing issues with possession in Greater Noida projects? Should I wait for my current project to complete or try to find a ready-to-move-in property?

Haan yaar, possession delay toh har jagah ka scene hai. My friend booked in Alpha I Greater Noida and unko bhi 6 months ka extension mila hai. Ready-to-move is always better if your budget allows, at least mental peace rehta hai. But then you pay a premium.
Totally agree! My broker also told me prices have shot up. I was looking near Alpha II and even there, good projects are crossing 75L. I'm thinking of biting the bullet now, FOMO ho raha hai ki aur na badh jaaye.
