First-time buyer in Pune, totally confused about next step
Since last Diwali, I've been checking out properties in Pune, especially around Ranjangaon because of work. Honestly, first-time buyer hoon, aur itna kuch hai dekhne ko, samajh nahi aa raha kahan se start karoon. Logipark Warehousing Llp ke kuch projects dekhe hain, but abhi toh bas area shortlisting stage mein hoon. Site visits pe kya-kya important points check karne chahiye jo builder nahi batate? I mean, beyond just the flat itself, like surrounding infra, water supply, future development plans. Aur kya price negotiation sach mein possible hai, ya sab fixed rate bolte hain? My budget is tight, around ₹60-70L for a 1BHK or small 2BHK. Any advice on how to properly shortlist properties when everything feels confusing? Your experiences would really help.

Bhai, same to same situation meri bhi hai! Pune mein ghar lena is a nightmare for first-timers. Main bhi 6-7 mahine se dekh raha hoon, budget bhi almost same hai. Ranjangaon ka idea sahi hai agar work wahan hai, but yeh Logipark warehousing projects residential bhi banate hain kya? Mujhe laga wo commercial/industrial ke liye hain mostly. Bahut confusion hai yaar.
