₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 85 from Laburnum Developers. Is this the current market rate for a first-time buyer? I'm struggling to understand if negotiation is even possible here. Builders say prices are firm. How much can you realistically reduce the quoted price, like on PLC or parking? I'm worried about the true 'all-in' cost after stamp duty and other hidden charges. My budget is around ₹1.7-1.9 Cr. What's your experience with negotiating in Gurugram, especially for a first home?
