How do you even start shortlisting properties in Sohna, especially as a first-time buyer? I'm looking at Sector 37C and visited a Lamose Infra LLP project recently. Honestly, the brochure looked great, but during the site visit, I felt so lost. What should I actually be looking for beyond the show flat? My parents keep saying check RERA and title deeds, but I'm not sure how to verify all that stuff properly before booking. Any specific red flags for under-construction projects I should watch out for on site? Is there a checklist for legal verification? Really confused about the whole process.

Yaar, Sohna is a tricky market right now. Especially under-construction projects. I almost booked in Sector 36 and pulled out last minute. Lamose Infra ka track record check kar lena theek se. Brochure aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai.
