First-time buyer jitters: Sobha Silicon Oasis

Did a site visit to Sobha Silicon Oasis last Saturday and honestly, I'm a bit confused. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge, but it's a big decision. Sales guy showed us everything, amenities look good on paper. But parking ka kya scene hai wahan? Is it reserved, ya fir lottery system jaisa kuch? My friend in another society had a nightmare with parking allocation. Also, Bengaluru mein water issues toh common hain, right? Sobha Silicon Oasis mein actual water supply kaisi hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Don't want to buy and then struggle daily. Should I be worried about these practical things? Really need some real-world feedback before I commit. EMI vs rent math toh kar liya, but ground reality ka kya?
