First-time buyer, nervous about builder track record for Lake Ridge
Since last year I've been looking at properties in Hyderabad, and ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karoon. Sattva Lake Ridge (upcoming) is on my shortlist, it seems promising. But honestly, for a first-time buyer like me, builder trust factor is a huge concern. With so many RERA cases for delayed projects lately, I'm super nervous. Kya kisi ko Sattva Developers ka past track record pata hai, especially for under-construction projects? How's their delivery history aur quality? I don't want to get stuck with endless delays ya hidden charges. My parents keep saying OC milne tak sab theek nahi hota. Should I be worried about investor ratio too? Don't want a ghost society. Any genuine advice or experiences? Site visit pe under-construction quality kaisi dikhti hai?
