First-time buyer: Orris Greenopolis amenities feedback?
I'll be honest, the brochures and reality seem miles apart sometimes, especially when looking at projects like Orris Greenopolis. I'm a first-time buyer, thoda nervous hoon, aur samajh nahi aa raha ki what to trust with all the promises. They show amazing kids' play areas and multiple high-speed elevators, but what's the ground reality for daily living? Jo play areas dikhate hain, are they actually usable and safe, ya bas ek 'tick mark' item hai for the OC? My cousin lives in another society and unka kids area is always broken or dirty. Also, elevators ka kya scene hai? Do they break down often? Aur maintenance team kitni fast hai for repairs? Daily life mein yeh sab bahut matter karta hai, right? Parents bhi bolte hain choti cheezein dekh. Koi bata sakta hai actual experience kaisa hai Orris Greenopolis mein? Hope this helps someone else too.
