First-time buyer: Rajkot infra impact, where to look now?
Visited some projects near 150 Feet Ring Road last weekend. I'm a first-time buyer, honestly a bit overwhelmed with all the talk about new infrastructure. With the Rajkot International Airport operational and AIIMS partially open, everyone's saying prices will shoot up. My budget is around 70-85L for a 2 or 3 BHK. I'm looking at areas like Mota Mava and Kalawad Road. Not sure if it's too late to get into something affordable there now. Are properties near these big projects, especially around the Ring Road expansion, still considered good investment windows or have prices already moved too much? Should I be looking slightly further out for better appreciation potential? Any insights on which specific areas will see the most benefit from these infra projects in the next 3-5 years?
