Okay I'll be honest — I'm really fed up of renting now. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge and looking at buying. Sector 101, Greater Noida, seems interesting. EMI vs rent math is starting to make sense. But what's daily life like there? Metro connectivity kitni achhi hai, especially for office commute? Aur agar future mein sell karna pade, resale market kaisi hai? Will it be easy to exit if needed? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
