First-time buyer tax hack: 80EEA surprise!

OMG, this is huge! ₹1.5 lakh is no joke, especially with EMIs like ₹55k. I'm also looking at a 2BHK in Sector 150, Noida. Can anyone confirm if this 80EEA benefit is still active for new loans? My agent didn't even mention it!

Haan bhai, 80EEA is definitely active, but it's for affordable housing loans sanctioned between April 2019 and March 2022.
