Renting in Greater Noida is just throwing money away, honestly. My landlord just hiked the rent again and I'm fed up. Finally taking the plunge, looking for a 2BHK around Yamuna Expressway Sector-22D. Budget hai around ₹75-80L. Kutumbh Buildwell Llp ke projects dekhe hain. My biggest worry is the all-in cost. Builder price toh pata chal jaata hai, but yeh stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors... sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Log bolte hain 15-20% extra. Is that true? Aur construction-linked payment plans sahi hain ya better hai ki jyada down payment karoon? EMI vs rent ka math toh samajh aa gaya, but yeh hidden costs samajh nahi aa rahe. Koi experience share karo please.

Bhai, totally relatable! Yeh hidden costs ka darr sabko lagta hai. My friend bought in Alpha I Greater Noida last year, aur usko bhi builder ne initial quote se 18% extra charge kiya tha for all these extras. So yeah, 15-20% is definitely true. Be prepared.
