I'm a first-time buyer looking in Greater Noida, mostly around Sector 155, and it's just so much to process. Projects like Metropark look good on paper, but I'm honestly not sure where to even start shortlisting. My budget is around ₹78L for a 2BHK. Har builder apni taraf se best dikhata hai, but site visits pe asli cheezein kaise pata chalein? Like, under-construction projects mein delivery risk kaise judge karte hain?
