posted on 16 MayFirst-time buyer's confusion: Shortlisting & negotiation
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Faridabad. It's my first time buying, so honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. I'm looking at Sector 35, and Goyal Estate Agency showed me a few options. How do you even start shortlisting properties when everything looks good on paper? My parents keep saying to check the neighborhood vibe more. Also, is negotiation actually possible with builders or is the price mostly fixed? Some agents say yes, others say no. Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
