3 site visits this week, including Irish Infrastructure in Sector 110, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty deflated. Everyone talks about 'negotiating' with builders for a better price, but I'll say what no one says: it feels like a total myth for first-time buyers. They just quote a fixed rate, no room to move. My parents keep saying 'always negotiate', but is it even possible in Greater Noida now? What should I really be looking for during these site visits that builders won't volunteer? Like, beyond the fancy show flat, what are the red flags for construction quality or hidden costs? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if I'm doing something wrong. Is negotiation just a game they play? Change my mind.
