Ansal API? Thoda research aur kar lo yaar. Unka track record kuch areas mein theek nahi raha hai,
Bhai, same boat here! Site visit ka tension alag hi level ka hota hai. Ansal API ka toh maine bhi suna hai, but Sector 18D is a good location. For red flags, definitely check for hidden charges in the sales pitch, and if they pressure you for immediate booking. Also, try to talk to existing residents if possible, unse best feedback milega.
